Strong results posted for first year of independent trading

Esotec is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed its first full year of independent trading and posted a revenue number of £5.33M and an operating profit of 11%.

Andy Durham commented “There were many contributing factors key to this success and I would like to thank our loyal customers, our committed employees, all our hard-working sub-contractors and suppliers.

"Although the business has a significant trading history already, this is our first set of autonomous financial results following our successful MBO in May 2016, and it gives me great satisfaction that we have done the right thing in creating an independent business once again.

"We have restructured the business, reset the overhead base, whilst ensuring that our primary focus once again is our customers.

"The business is now on a strong footing, and I am extremely confident that we can grow the revenue to more than £20M within the next 5 years through organic growth and some strategically important acquisitions.“
